Noise Consideration: As we have neighbours upstairs and next door, we kindly request guests to keep noise levels low, especially during late hours.
Door Locking: For security, the front door should not be locked with a key but secured by lifting the handle after shutting.
Heating and Hot Water: The flat is equipped with a thermostat for temperature control, and hot water is constantly available.
No Pets Policy: As much as we love animals, our flat isn't suitable for pets.

Very comfortable two bedroom flat. Was perfect for our family of Mum, Dad & a 9-year-old boy. 36 bus at the end of the road every 30 mins into Broad Quay. Smart TV & excellent WiFi made it like a home from home.
