Property Care Specialist
Location: Bristol & Bath, UK (must be able to travel across both areas)
Hours: Flexible (minimum 20 hours per week, with flexibility up to 35 hours based on bookings)
The Role
The Upgrade Authority is seeking a Property Care Specialist to join our growing team and ensure that our properties across Bristol and Bath are always presented in top condition for guests. This is an exciting, hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, values attention to detail, and enjoys working independently.
As a Property Care Specialist, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and preparing a wide range of properties, ensuring they are ready for guest arrivals. From cleaning and tidying to performing minor maintenance tasks, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain properties to the highest standards, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-organised.
- Prepare properties for guest check-ins, including making beds, restocking essentials, and ensuring everything is in perfect working order.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that properties are guest-ready, paying close attention to details like cleanliness, presentation, and functionality.
- Perform light maintenance tasks as required, such as changing light bulbs or troubleshooting minor issues for guests.
- Respond to any last-minute guest-related issues, ensuring quick and efficient solutions.
- Drive between properties across Bristol and Bath, managing your schedule and ensuring properties are serviced in a timely manner.
What We’re Looking For:
- Driving license and access to a vehicle are essential, as properties are spread across both Bristol and Bath.
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience or the ability to take charge of tasks and ensure they are completed to a high standard is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and a passion for keeping spaces spotless, organised, and guest-ready.
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays, as the schedule will vary depending on guest bookings.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
